Patricia Swander Farrell, LCSW-R is a New York state licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years experience working with individuals, couples, families and groups.

I believe that people have a tremendous capacity to heal and better themselves throughout their lives. My goal is to help people identify what is hindering their fullest expression of themselves and work to derive satisfaction and meaning from their lives.

My approach is warm and direct. I use various modalities and draw on the strengths each individual brings into therapy. I strive to create a safe space that is affirmative and allows everyone to explore, discover and express their true selves.
